Write the text in Spanish and be honest about the page

A customer who reads Spanish should not have to decode the amount from an English sentence. Write the SMS in Spanish, with the total and the timing in that language. The line you type can use Spanish descriptions, as this example does for the kitchen and the oven, because the parser cares about the numbers and the commas, not the dictionary. What you should not promise is a translated product. The invoice page says “Invoice”, “Bill to” and “Total due” in English, and the PDF does the same. Say that in the Spanish message so the English page is not a surprise. You still send the WhatsApp or the SMS yourself. InvoiceTXT does not translate and does not deliver the text.

What to put on this invoice

• A greeting and the place or the job
• The amount in digits
• When you want to be paid, in Spanish
• The link, plus a note that the page is in English
