A lock change and a boiler visit are different lines, but both are client, work, parts, due.
Do not format
Bold, logos and columns are already on the invoice page. Typing them is what makes phone invoicing slow.
Send before you pocket the phone
The link is copied from the page you just made. Leaving the driveway without sending is how the minute becomes a week.

Can I reuse this afternoon’s invoice?
Duplicate the idea, not the total. Change the client. A second customer should not receive the first customer’s name.
Is the PDF part of the minute?
You do not have to download it. The customer can. Your minute ends when the link is sent.
Speed comes from sending the same shape every time, not from skipping the total.
