The example is a balance. If you are billing the whole fee because there was no deposit, delete the sentence about a deposit so you do not confuse them. If you are billing only the booking fee, change the line to the deposit amount and change the text to say the session has not been edited yet. Travel stays only if the quote included a travel charge. What if the licence is extra?
Add a line for the licence and name it. Do not bury usage inside the session fee if you priced it separately.
Should the text include the wedding date?
Yes, for a wedding. Portraits can say the session type. The date stops a couple with two bookings paying the wrong one.
Can I copy this for a second shooter?
Only if the line items are the second shooter’s fee. Do not send your client’s total to the shooter.
The first word tells them which payment this is. Do not make them infer it.
