Scaling a service business with text invoices means the same clear bill goes out after every job. It does not mean the product sends those texts for you.

A service business scales when the invoice stops being a custom essay. Three office visits at 70 and a consumables line is a pattern you can repeat for the next building with the names changed. That repetition is the scale. It is not an automatic message, a stored card, or a promise that late customers will be chased while you sleep. You send each text, or your own system creates the invoice through the API and your own messaging tool delivers it. Monthly limits are real: Solo is 30 invoices, Pro is 150, Studio is 600. If you pass those, you change plan or you stop creating more until the next month. When the business needs payroll, a general ledger and tax filing, add that system beside this one. Text invoicing is how each job asks for its money. It is not the whole company.

No. Either you paste the link or your own integration does, using the API and your own SMS or email tool.
What happens at invoice 31 on Solo?
You need a higher plan or you wait. The limit is monthly and it is enforced.
Should I stop using text invoices once I have a bookkeeper?
No. The bookkeeper may want the PDF. The customer may still want the text. Those can be the same invoice.
Scale is the same honest invoice, sent every time the work finishes. The tools around it can grow. The bill does not need to get more complicated.
